Kirin Comics is an indie publishing studio driven to create fun and creative content for all to enjoy. Our artists and writers are currently located in Utah and Idaho. They enjoy working collaboratively through the internet to make their ideas and visions come to life. Here at Kirin Comics, we strive for creating a lively community and fandom where everyone is invited and welcome to participate. We love what we do, and we do it for you.

McKay Wadsworth
Co-Owner & FOUNDER

AUTHOR/EDITOR

McKay Wadsworth graduated with his Bachelor's degree at Utah State University in Secondary English Education. He currently teaches English and Creative Writing to Junior High students in Layton Utah.

He loves to write and is working on his upcoming novel as well as several short stories. When he is not writing/working, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Emily, and their adorable cats, Buttercup and Starbuck.

Kristin
Tingey
Co-Owner & FOUNDER

ILLUSTRATOR/LEAD EDITOR

Kristin Tingey is a multi-media artist with a BFA in Art and Photography, and two Minors in Art History and Entrepreneurship from Utah State University. She is continuing her studies at the Academy of Art University for her MFA in Visual Design and Development.

Kristin is a lover of animals, history, and games. Everything in her life is an inspiration she reflects back into the arts.
